Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Vyanora, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, which is why we’ve designed a fair and transparent return process. Because we specialize in personal care, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a return/replacement window of 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right immediately.
Requirement: Please record an unboxing video when you first open your package. This helps us verify the damage and fast-track your solution.
Report the issue to vyanora@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been used:
All Skincare, Haircare, and Personal Care products (unless delivered damaged).
Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event.
Free gifts or promotional items.
4. Exchange Options
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange. We will ship the replacement product at no additional cost to you once the original item has been picked up and inspected by our team.
5. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Prepaid) or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery).
Timing: Please allow refund TIME, 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For Damaged/Wrong Items: Vyanora will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
For Other Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, or a nominal pickup fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
